Terms of use. Plain language, while we're pre-launch.
This is a short, readable version covering the website and the public sandbox. Full terms arrive at public launch.
These terms apply to this website and the public “try” sandbox at intelectra.ai. They do not yet cover a paid subscription or the desktop application; those terms are finalised at public launch.
The public sandbox is provided so you can test Intelectra on real literature. It runs against live PubMed and is rate-limited. Use it for research and evaluation, not for automated scraping, resale, or load testing.
Intelectra surfaces and verifies published literature. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for clinical judgement or peer review. Always read the cited source before relying on a result. You are responsible for how you use the output.
The sandbox is offered as-is, without warranty of any kind. Retrieval and verification can miss or misrank a paper. We work to improve accuracy, but we do not guarantee completeness or correctness of any result.
Text you paste into the sandbox is sent to the services that run a query, including third-party language-model and reranking providers. See the Trust page for the list of sub-processors and the Privacy page for how data is handled. Do not paste confidential or unpublished work into the public sandbox; the self-hosted deployment modes exist for that.
These terms will be replaced by full terms at public launch. We may update this page before then; the date below reflects the last change.
